Der SOLL-Prozess dient dem Entwicklungsteam als zeitliche und inhaltliche Orientierung im Entwicklungsprojekt. Der eigentliche Verlauf des Projekts wird im IST-Prozess im iPeM dokumentiert.

The TARGET process serves the development team as a time and content orientation in the development project. The actual course of the project is documented in the ACTUAL process in the iPeM.
