Success Factors of Industry-Academia Collaborations

This survey is conducted as part of the European project INDUSAC (industry-academia collaborations). The project aims to develop and validate a mechanism for improving industry-academia collaboration. The process is supported by a methodology that is applied through an online platform. The online platform enables the industry to post challenges that academia can work on. Moreover, all stakeholders can network, connect, and form co-creation teams on this platform. The methodology builds on a solid foundation of existing co-creation approaches. It provides students, researchers, and companies with guides, and predefined methods to facilitate the co-creation process.

This survey aims to gain insights into previous collaborations to derive current barriers and success factors. The insights gained will be input factors in developing the methodology and the platform.

The survey is conducted anonymously and takes about 20 to 30 minutes.
