The successful series of intensive road mapping workshops with thyssenkrupp Industries India continues: Together with Matthias Göing, Head of Product Lifecycle Management, and Martin Krex, Global Product Lifecycle Manager Automation & Digitization, the IPEK team around Florian Marthaler and Katharina Dühr visited the Indian PLM team in Pune from 10 – 13 June 2019. Based on the results of the PLM conference in February 2019, concrete requirements for the individual products of thyssenkrupp Industries India were derived from the individual needs of different customer groups during the “The Client” Workshop on the second day and from the PLM checklists. In the following two days, the necessary steps to meet these requirements were discussed in the product-related interviews and finally integrated in the product roadmaps.

„The road mapping workshop guided us on further steps to be undertaken based on the individual PLM interactions duly taking into account the checklist and persona workshop in bringing a clarity on the road mapping activities.”

- Prasad Tejomurtula – Global Product Lifecycle Manager at thyssenkrupp Energy

“The persona workshop was thought provoking, giving the product managers an insight into importance of various decision makers critical to any business. Overall the workshop was a learning curve and inspiring.”
