Student Research Assistant for Test Bench Setup and Testing

Efficiency gains in manual assembly processes are often obvious but rarely quantified accurately. To address this, a test bench will be designed and built for multiple use cases, on which various systems will be tested under defined conditions. Measurement data will be collected, systematically analyzed, and compared. The goal is to develop a thorough understanding of the systems for industrial applications.

Tasks

Your task is to design and build a test bench to test multiple devices under defined conditions, evaluate them according to established criteria, and use this to gain a thorough understanding of the system.

Profile

• You are studying mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a similar field
• You have an interest in experimental research
• Basic knowledge of CAD is helpful
• You are ready to put your ideas into practice
