The event consists of two blocks of lectures at the Schaeffler locations in Bühl and Herzogenaurach, featuring plant tours and informal get-togethers, as well as exam-prep Q&A sessions.
In this lecture series, you’ll learn—using Schaeffler as a case study—how globally active companies continuously transform themselves to achieve sustainable growth and maintain a leading position in the global market over the long term through business-oriented innovations.
Together, we will go over the key elements of the innovation and development process and, using real examples from the Schaeffler Group, learn more about the successes and insights gained.
