Work description

The tightening of screws by means of dynamic tightening methods, such as with an impact wrench, has been little researched to date. A basic concept for an investigation environment already exists. Due to high forces of additional impacts caused by tightening, the design of this concept is necessary.

Within the scope of this work, a concept for the test bench is to be further developed, the concept is to be designed simulatively and transferred into a design suitable for production. If interested, the commissioning of the test bench can additionally be supervised.

Task:

Your task is to further develop an existing concept, to design it simulatively and to transfer it into a finished construction. If interested, the extended test bench can be commissioned as part of this work.
