Conducting a study on requirements for the analysis and development-related application of methods for modeling design-function interrelationships

  • Subject:C&C², study, modeling methods
  • Type:Bachelor-/ Masterarbeit
  • Date:sofort

Task description

It is known that the C&C² approach can support developers as so-called "thinking stuff". In the concrete application, however, there are always difficulties and ambiguities.

In order to support product developers in the analysis and development of functions in a practical way, you will conduct an observational study on the C&C² approach. First, you will assist with training on the approach and support the execution of the analysis of Gestalt-function relationships as well as the synthesis of new functions. In doing so, you make observations on problems and errors in the application, justify them with literature and derive fields of action and first improvement measures.

Task:

  • Familiarization with the C&C² approach.
  • Support in the training of the approach
  • Identification of problem areas and challenges for the application of the C&C² approach
  • Derivation of action areas and requirements for the C&C² approach
  • Development of improvement measures

Possible research questions:

  • What fields of action can be identified in the application of the C&C² approach?
  • What are the requirements for the application of the C&C² approach?
  • How can improvements for the application of the C&C² approach be implemented?

Your Benefits:

  • Insight into current research topics
  • Possibility for a joint scientific publication
  • Prospect of working as a student assistant
  • Learning of scientific working methods
  • Intensive supervision of work and support of own development
